IDC PREPARATION PROGRAM - 4 days

Prior to your PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) program, we offer a 4-day complimentary PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) Preparation Program. This valuable program is designed to help you refresh your dive theory and sharpen your demonstration quality and rescue skills. This is a great way to prepare yourself for your upcoming PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) program and get you into the learning mode. This program will also gives you the opportunity to meet with other fellow candidates, your PADI Course Director and PADI IDC Staff Instructors even before your PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) begins. You will also have the chance to familiarize yourself to our Instructor training center and the local diving environment.

During this 4-day program, we will:

1. help you review your dive theory knowledge from your Divemaster course
   

2. help you fine-tune your skills demonstration quality
   

3. conduct an extended teaching Rescue Diver course workshop
   

4. conduct an extended teaching Adventures in Diving workshop
   

5. guide you to complete your IDC Independent Study Knowledge Reviews
   

6. make sure you have all the necessary paperwork
   

7. make sure your equipment are in good working condition
   

Please bring along:

1. 4 passport sized photos
   

2. Medical Statement (attached) sign by a physician within 12 months
   

3. A logbook showing at least 100 dives
   

4. All certification cards (if NOT PADI certification, please make photocopy)
   

5. Valid EFR Certification within 12 months (if expired we give FREE retraining – just pay for registration fee - RM130)
   

6. RDP Table and eRDPML
   

7. Simple calculator
   

On top of standard scuba equipment you must also have:

1. Knife
   

2. Compass
   

3. Safety Sausage
   

4. Surface Signaling device (audible ie. Whistle)
   

5. Dive Computer or any timing device
